Putting his money where his big ARIA mouth is, Rob Hirst has assembled the strongest version of Ghostwriters yet - including Midnight Oil's Martin Rotsey on guitar, and long time collaborateur Rick Grossman on bass (Hoodoo Gurus).

The first single ‘Start the Day' sees the new band at its angriest best. It's an unapologetic, 4-minute blast of complaint rock, with a strong groove and killer chorus to boot. The song attacks politicians for turning a blind eye to the human fallout of their decisions, and the junk press for compounding the lies.
